如何減掉20公斤
減肥是件挺容易的事情．今天跟朋友聊起減肥，覺得還是有必要把自己的經驗與大家分享一下。
兩年前，飯局結束後回公司，走至廣工門口看有人擺了個體重稱，站上去後結果顯示：99KG。
減肥方法採用地獄式節食法，綜合自己查閱的資料及身體需要，制定每天的食譜如下：
早餐 一杯豆漿一隻蛋（或一兩片全麥麵包）
午餐 一瓶酸奶兩隻蛋
晚餐 一盤青菜一塊魚肉或雞肉
其他食物包括花生、水果等。主要目的是減少澱粉類及脂肪類的食物攝入，但一定保證蛋白質及粗纖維的攝入，以保證體內蛋白質需求及正常的消化功能。花生和蘋果都可飽肚，在太餓時可少量食用。水果不能吃太多，有些人說多吃水果不會長胖，君不見，猴子只吃水果，也有胖猴子。
時間選在年前十天開始。選擇這個時間點，是想借春節的誘惑來考驗自己的決心：如果春節都能節食，那平常堅持下來肯定沒有問題。
食物銳減，頭兩天是最難熬的，說是煎熬也不為過。餓得整個人發慌，且感覺臉熱，心跳加速。只好買些花生，間中嚼上一兩顆。花生是個好東西，有個三五顆進肚，飢餓感全消。兩三天後，身體開始適應，飢餓感逐漸消退。春節時回到雙方的父母家，面對佳餚，不為所動，只是喝喝湯，吃吃魚和青菜。老人們雖不理解，但也末加反對，春節假期安然渡過。
在減肥過程中，未有體力透支的情況出現，精神也一直很好。日漸收緊的肚腩也加強了減肥的信心。沒怎麼運動，只是偶爾打打藍球。
頭四個月平均一個月減去3-5KG不等，半年下來，最低時的紀錄是79K，兩年來維持在80-83KG。
現在的officelady沒有時間做運動，不如索性利用沐浴的時間Keepfit又兼作美容按摩。這種「沐浴瘦身美容法」目前在日本大行其道。日本當地的美容醫生表示，原理其實是以水力按摩加上少許運動刺激穴位以達到新陳代謝的美容效果。
調校水溫至38攝氏度左右，將全身浸泡其中，靜水壓會對身體產生輕輕壓迫作用並使體溫上升，促進血液循環。
1.雙手扶著浴缸兩旁，盡量讓雙腳伸直，腹部肌肉用力，然後將臀部抬起再放下，重複動作15次。
2.改用淋浴沖洗，在塗沐浴露時，以手指在肚臍部位以順時針方向輕輕按摩15-20次。從浸浴至淋浴過程可令體溫產生變化，使血管收縮，促進新陳代謝。
3.用淋浴沖洗時，以較強的水壓衝擊肩膀穴位，並以浴刷或手指輕按左右肩膀各30次，以增加基礎代謝量。完成這套沐浴瘦身美容法最理想的時間約一個小時。隔日做一次，既可Keepfit又可清潔美容，真是一「洗」兩得。
