初學者玩飛行傘的注意事項
從事飛行傘活動已經有一段時期，看見不少意外發生，特別是對於初學者而言，許多意外來自於不良或不充足的訓練，但也因為初入門，對於事情的對與錯並無法判斷，甚至找到一個連自己起飛都很差的人當教練，所以我歸納了些特徵（原則）來讓有心學習飛傘的人判斷，自己是不是處在不良的訓練環境中…希望藉由大家的瞭解，讓那些三分鐘教練在台灣消失。註：三分鐘教練就是只訓練你很短的時間約2~3小時以內就讓你單飛，我曾目睹完全不訓練，由三分鐘教練幫你拉傘後就硬推出去後，再以無線電遙控…。爾且不只一次，且不同人
第一誡： 你的地面訓練少於十個小時
說明：飛行傘是屬於危險的運動，而且是在立體空間活動，你想，他會比平面的活動如學開車容易嗎？？？你學開車得花十個小時在教練場練習，真正上路又得花一段時間適應，比較一下兩者的風險，你覺得何者需要較長的訓練時間？
第二誡：你的第一次單人飛行應有完整的裝備，包括主傘，套帶，副傘，無線電，安全帽
說明：這些裝備都是基本的要求，當然套帶保護越多越好，傘具越新越好，且要注意傘具的安全等級及體重適用範圍，無線電是否有電，收訊是否良好等等。 有人會告訴你因為你飛不高所以不必用副傘；那是大錯特錯，試問；是從50公尺摔下來比較痛，還是從60公尺，還是都有致死的可能
第三誡：當你要作第一次飛行時，請問自己的教練，如果無線電失靈或受到干擾而無法聽到教練的指示時，在空中孤單的你應做如何的處置？
說明：飛行前應對所有可能的情況做好應變的準備，無線電受干擾，或在起飛時，碰撞造成電池接觸不良是會發生的，這時應變如何，你的教練應會給你處理的方式，為了自己的安全，起飛前問一下吧！！
第四戒：觀察你的教練，他的起飛是否如其它高手一般的流利，甚至更好
說明：當你要拜師學藝前，留意所有的飛行員，看看什麼是好的起飛，什麼是不好的起飛，當然號稱教練的人，應該是技術與知識都有過人之處，你願意找一位"肉腳"當你的教練嗎？？？我曾看見一位號稱台灣第一位有執照的教練，讓學生飛出去後，自已要起飛卻無法將傘拉起，真是為他的學生感到悲哀…。
第五戒：當你將作第一次飛行時，問自己，我的起飛動作能不能做的跟別人一樣好？
說明：起飛動作一定要練習到非常熟練，因為當你真的要飛行時，起飛動作通常會表現的平時練習要差，況且，傘具也不會辨認你是老手或初學者，動作沒拉好就是掉下山崖一途，千萬要小心！
第六誡：選擇適當的天候進行飛行活動
說明：水可載舟，亦可覆舟，飛行傘依靠大氣而飛行，並非每種天候都是適合的，對於初學者也有不同的適用天候，在起飛前就能明白危險；進而避開危險，是聰明人的做法…
詢問你的教練，何種天候適合飛行？何種天候是屬於危險天候？
第七戒：保持謙虛的心
長保謙虛的心，可以幫助你增進技術，開闊你在飛行的社交圈，如此，當有特殊狀況發生或是將有可能發生時，你將得到許多忠告或解決方法
