刮肝經瘦腿法 強效瘦大腿內側
刮肝經 瘦大腿內側適合人群：肝臟排毒功能較差、大腿內側堆積脂肪較多的人

大腿內側是肝經通過的地方，一般這部位肥胖的人肝功能都有點問題，或者反過來說，因為肝的工作不良，肝經的位置才堆積那麼多廢物。以前有一個瘦腿方法，躺在床上兩腿靠牆盡量分開，其實也是拉伸大腿內側，使糾結的脈絡，血管得以伸展，從而客觀上疏通了肝經，目的並不僅是讓血液回流。
詳細方法：
1. 洗澡時在大腿內側根部多做按摩，最好順著大腿往複式推揉。如能忍受疼痛，四指併攏，用第二關節「刮推」效果更明顯。注意要用沐浴露水幫助潤滑。
2. 姿勢一般為，一隻腳提起，踩在穩定的地方，大腿與地面平行，手捏拳，用關節處，刮!，力度以你自己稍有痛感為最適宜，太輕了觸不到經絡，太重了也不好。
3、刮經絡方向一般從上往下，單向的，和刮痧手法一樣，別往復亂搞。(從大腿根部往膝蓋方向刮，別弄反了，否則會刮出疝氣!)
4、一般最初一兩次按摩大腿內側感覺不明顯，兩三次以後，如果你覺得皮下開始痛，那裡的贅肉開始變得鬆散，那麼恭喜你，你的經絡對你作出反應了!表示經絡被激活，開始給反應了。但是如果刮了三四天，你都沒有這樣的痛感，那麼表示你的肝經一直保持比較通暢，所謂「通則不痛」 是好現象。那麼你磨大腿就不是單純肝經垃圾堆積，而是整條腿都太粗了。那就只有全面減肥一條路可走。
5、先只刮內側，大腿根部到膝蓋段，等過段時間皮下疼痛轉移到膝蓋內側了，就主攻膝蓋到小腿內側，
6、 兩周後開始見效果，堅持四周，你會發現褲子不磨了，精神也好了，肝也得到了疏通，如果長小痘痘，順帶還能調理痘痘性皮膚。
7、如果是在寒冷的北方，不能天天洗澡的，可以買個電動按摩棒隔著睡褲，對大腿內側進行按摩，按摩的方向也是從大腿根部到膝蓋。別按摩太久，3-5分鐘好，過猶不及。無論是刮還是按摩，原理都是一樣的，都是為了刺激和疏通經絡，促進血液循環。
